Jobs for Illinois Graduates (JILG) is a program that helps selected high school seniors graduate and prepares them for the workforce. JILG is modeled after the national program, Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG). JILG students participate in a comprehensive program, with 37 established competencies, promoting personal and employability skills that meet the needs of today's employers.  JILG is open to students who need the program, want the program, and can benefit from the program.
